Meet Lindsay Broder

Lindsay is a career strategist and consultant who specializes in turning ordinary professionals and workers into high performance Occupreneurs.

She is more than simply a career strategist and consultant, speaker and writer. She is an entrepreneur, Wall Street veteran and business leader who recognizes that to be professionally competitive and successful, you must “up” your game and take control of your career.

While this approach has shown great results for folks up and down the corporate ladder, from recent graduates to executives, Lindsay has adapted her approach to help companies grow by boosting morale through building better relationships between the leadership team and employees. She supports businesses in accomplishing organizational change by reminding leaders that encouraging an entrepreneurial spirit can drive results to the bottom line.

The success Lindsay has helped her clients achieve has made her an expert on issues of careers and employment. She has been a frequent guest on television and radio, writes for media outlets and is a sought-after speaker at conferences and corporate events.

Before founding Occupreneur® LLC, Lindsay spent 15 years on Wall Street, including a seven-year stint with Goldman Sachs as a New York Stock Exchange floor broker and vice president during the financial markets’ tumultuous period in the early 2000s.

Lindsay received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and earned her certified professional coach (CPC) certificate from the world-renowned Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an ICF-accredited coach-training institution and has since earned her associate certified coach credential (ACC).

Lindsay works with clients across the United States, Canada and Europe.
