Lindsay Broder is a consultant and executive coach who specializes in helping top executives manage change – both in themselves and in their organizations. Before founding Occupreneur® LLC, Lindsay spent 15 years on Wall Street, including a seven-year stint with Goldman Sachs as a New York Stock Exchange floor broker and vice president during the financial markets’ tumultuous period in the early 2000s.
Lindsay received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and earned her certified professional coach (CPC) certificate from from the world-renowned Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an ICF-accredited coach-training institution. During her training at iPEC, Lindsay had the privilege of learning from some prominent executive and corporate coaches, including Bruce D. Schneider, iPEC’s founder and the author of the blockbuster book, Energy Leadership: Transforming Your Workplace and Your Life From the Core. Lindsay is also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has earned her associate certified coach credential (ACC).
