Meet Lindsay Broder
Lindsay Broder is an executive coach who specializes in helping top executives manage change – both in themselves and in their organizations. For executives managing a business restructuring, a crisis situation or a potential business or career opportunity, Lindsay helps unlock her clients' professional potential, identifying key skills clients already possess and showing them how to foster those traits to reach their goals.

Lindsay is an entrepreneur who woke up one day while working on Wall Street and realized that the level of success she achieved was dependent on the decisions made by others. Before founding The Occupreneur® Coach, Lindsay spent 15 years on Wall Street, including a seven-year stint with Goldman Sachs as a New York Stock Exchange floor broker and vice president during the financial markets’ tumultuous period in the early 2000s.
Lindsay received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and earned her certified professional coach (CPC) certificate from from the world-renowned Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an ICF-accredited coach-training institution. During her training at iPEC, Lindsay had the privilege of learning from some prominent executive and corporate coaches, including Bruce D. Schneider, iPEC’s founder and the author of the blockbuster book, Energy Leadership: Transforming Your Workplace and Your Life From the Core. Lindsay is also a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has earned her associate certified coach credential (ACC).
